Returns & Refunds

At XURI STUDIO, we take pride in creating and curating products made with care and intention.

Due to the nature of our skincare, bath, body, and home fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Opened or used products
  • Fragrance preference dissatisfaction
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless faulty
